Since 1926

In 1926 Angelo Freoni bought some pieces of land in Valpolicella, an area rich in food and wine traditions. He thus identified the strategic position which allowed the development of his business.

He opened a “trattoria” with his wife Dosolina, the backbone of the activity, and a butcher’s shop which would later give way to the current company that blends a deep expertise developed in product selection and catering

The founder’s philosophy is being pursued by the fourth-generations heirs, who have been preserving the initial inspiring value in the careful choice of raw materials and craftsmanship.
